Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SocoCan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use SocoCan.
Eligibility
To use SocoCan, you must be at least 19 years of age and a resident of Canada. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and eligibility at any time.
If we discover that you do not meet our eligibility requirements, we may immediately terminate your access to the platform without notice.

Virtual Currency
SocoCan uses virtual currency for use within our social gaming platform. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value
- Virtual currency cannot be exchanged for real currency
- Virtual currency cannot be redeemed outside our platform
- Virtual currency is non-transferable between accounts
- We may modify or discontinue virtual currency at any time
Acceptable Use
When using SocoCan, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use automated systems or software to access the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use the platform for any fraudulent purpose
- Collect user information without consent
Intellectual Property
All content on SocoCan, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, games, and software, is the property of SocoCan or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
User Content
If you submit any content to our platform, you grant SocoCan a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to SocoCan immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, any virtual currency or progress associated with your account may be forfeited.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SocoCan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's operation, availability, or suitability for any purpose. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocoCan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocoCan and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our platform. Your continued use of SocoCan after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
